What happens if there's a shortage or something goes wrong with a CSA item?CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture, and being part of a CSA means sharing in the real-life ups and downs of seasonal, small-scale farming. While we plan carefully and raise extra inventory to fulfill every week’s box, nature sometimes has other plans: weather, equipment issues, or animal health can occasionally impact availability. If we ever experience a shortfall on a particular item, we’ll communicate transparently and do our best to substitute with something of equal or greater value. In rare cases where a full substitution isn’t possible, we may offer extra items in future boxes or a partial refund or credit. Our goal is to make things right while keeping your trust. By joining our CSA, you’re not just buying food, you’re supporting a farm family that works hard every day to raise your food with integrity.
