Advanced Sourdough - Mastering the Art of Naturally Leavened Bread


Already comfortable with sourdough basics and ready to level up? This hands-on class dives deeper into the art and science of naturally leavened bread. We’ll explore hydration levels, fermentation timing, flour varieties, and advanced shaping and scoring techniques to help you create bakery-quality loaves at home. You’ll learn how to control flavor, troubleshoot common issues, and experiment with specialty sourdoughs from high-hydration artisan loaves to enriched breads and savory inclusions. The class includes tastings and written guides.
