Just like the beef equivelant, these pork ribeyes, porterhouses, t-bones, and sirloins are excellent steaks. Incredibly succulent and surprisingly beefy with just the right amount of fat for an indulgent main course. Treat these cuts the same way you would a beef steak. We like ours medium-rare!


These 3/4" thick steaks come two to a pack: you may get any combination of ribeye, porterhouse, t-bone, and/or sirloin.
